We've been helping clients for over 70 years

Which means the Professional Negligence department here at Jordans Solicitors are very experienced in dealing with Wills and Probate Disputes. We recognise that every individual case needs to be treated with sensitivity because more often than not claims involve members of their own family. As our purpose is to resolve disputes and avoid court action wherever possible, we believe this approach helps to minimise the impact your claim could have upon those precious relationships.
